Accuratech provides a support agreement which keeps your operational systems up to date at all times. If complications happen to occur, we are standby by the phone ready to support and making sure, that you quickly can resume to work and maintain an efficient production.
In practical terms, if system failures or operational issues occur, we are able to “take over” and access into the operational system’s database, server screens, and terminal screens. This happens via a secure VPN connection and remote control provided by the company. Remote support is an extremely fast and efficient way to receive support, and the physical distance between us and the company is no barrier to quick and effective support for you.
