Jeka Fish employs over 100 people at the plant in Lemvig Denmark, which produces high volumes of cod loins, cod tails and many concepts with cod salted range. The cod are delivered byr truck frozen. In the high season, it is about 200 tonnes per week. The majority (70-75 percent) is further processed and packed and sold for export (90 percent). The largest customer group is hotel and restaurant chains acorss Europe. The factory produces also high volume of fish cake products to the retail and supermarket industry. Performance, traceability and system integration to Visma for ERP is crucial for success.
